Lifestyle Maternity | Downtown Baton Rouge | Kimberly Meadowlark

Kimberly Meadowlark – is an amazing amazing painter based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. When planning her session she told me that water was important to her we went back and forth with trying to plan something for her maternity session, but instead ended up meeting at Downtown Magpie – still unsure what we were going to photograph (Which is so unlike me!) But the moment I saw her I knew I wanted to go down to the rocks by the levee and incorporate the importance of water some kind of way, that wasn't super literal. 

So thankful that Kimberly was such a brave mama walking down these rocks. I was so estactic with these photos from her headpiece, her dress, necklace, and even tattoos...and I loved being able to photograph her bond between her little one before they met.
